These new safety light barriers are very compact and feature integrated evaluation electronics in accordance with the latest IEC 61496-1, -2 standard for safety devices that function without contact. Designed without external safety evaluation they can be implemented directly in the safety circuit.

They have a visual configuration aid to simplify commissioning and offer a 4-stage coding meaning that up to 4 sensor pairs can be used in an application in one direction without reciprocal influence.

Parameterisation takes place without the assistance of a PC or commissioning system. All you need is a command device (button). The modes of operation available are setup, automatic or restart and also diagnosis.
