IDEM UGB-NET is an access gate box which combines solenoid locking, RFID coded sensor and integrated machine control funcions in a robust heavy duty housing.
The UGB-NET-SS is the only network enabled safety device on the market with an IP69K protection rating. The housing is manufactured using mirror polished 316 stainless steel, closed with double-seal gaskets and the buttons are protected using transparent silicone covers
All the housing materials are constructed from high grade, mirror polished 316 stainless steel. The smooth surface finish allows of easier cleaning, reducing the likelihood of bacteria building up. Silicone covers protect against water ingress under IP69K conditions making it suitable for washdown areas. The connectors are rated to IP67. Using a heat-shrink is recommended to protect against water ingress.
The UGB-NET is available with 4 or 6 customisable 22mm pilot devices. A plastic blanking plug can be used to seal any unused positions.

Integrated safety protocols for use with industry recognised Industrial Ethernet network protocols. Choose between PROFINET with PROFIsafe or Ethernet/IP with CIP Safety.
Customisable for Your Application
The UGB-NET is highly customisable, allowing for up to 6 illuminated pilot devices (pushbuttons, lamps, selector switches and e-stops) to be included on the lid. These are factory configured to your specification.
Easy Installation
Depending on the application, the UGB-NET is available with rear escape functionality, mounting plate and handle accessories and emergency stop protection shroud. The external fixing points means the lid does not need to be removed during or after installation.The UGB-NET has a choice of sliding and rotary handles, both with optional rear release functionality.
