Communication is one of the strong points of Sirius ACT pushbuttons, indicators and selector switches. Besides the standard wiring, they can connect directly to the controller in the field or cabinet via PROFINET, AS-Interface and IO-Link. It can reduce your wiring time and effort, minimise errors and give you the flexibility to make future modifications.
Engineering in the Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal) provides additional diagnostics and parameterisation options. Sirius ACT push buttons and indicator lights – convincing in design, performance, ruggedness and handling.

Sirius ACT with PROFINET connects push buttons and signaling devices directly with the controller and HMI via PROFINET – including safety functions, with engineering and commissioning being simplified by the TIA Portal. Additional benefits include uniform data management, less downtime thanks to faster fault diagnostics and option handling, which can be used to flexibly design plants and systems and even modify them during operation.
