Diverse Combinations
IAI have increased the number of available configurations from the conventional models, allowing you to select the ideal product to suit your application from a choice of 396 options. New configuration types using the RCP6 wide slider type (WSA) have been added.

Equipped with high resolution Battery-less Absolute Encoder as standard
The IK Series are equipped with Battery-less Absolute Encoder for all configuration axes as standard. This means there are no batteries to maintain and a homing operation isn't required at startup or after an emergency stop, reducing your operation time and production costs.
Advantages of using an absolute encoder;
- There is no home return, so an external home sensor isn't required
- Workpieces don't need to be removed after an emergency stop
- Home-return programs don't need to be created even when stopping inside a complex machine
Higher Speed
The IAI IK Series are compatible with PowerCON controllers which are equipped with a high-output driver. The maximum speed has been increased with the use of PowerCON, reducing cycle times which can dramatically improve your productivity.
