Training FAQ's

1. Where can I do an LC Automation training course?

   At the moment we only run courses at our Blackburn Head Office training facility. On-site training courses may be possible, but this depends on location and availability of equipment. We also find that Engineers learn better at our own training facilities, with fewer distractions and no interruptions. Please call Jill Saunders on 01254 685900 for more details.

2. I need a bespoke training course, is that possible?

   We always do our best to accomodate your training requirements and most of our courses can be tailored to meet your knowledge requirements and specific interests (depending on course numbers and other delegates requirements). We can also tailor training courses to your exact needs, although minimum numbers of delegates would apply to such courses. Please call 01254 685900 to discuss your requirements with Jill Saunders, or one of our Technical Support Engineers.

3. What time do the training courses start?

   All our courses start at 9.30am on the first day. Start times on the following days can be more flexible to fit in with delegates individual requirements.

4. How much are your training courses and what does that include?

   Our Mitsubishi courses cost £400 ex vat, per delegate, per day, which includes refreshments, buffet lunch, PDF manuals and all course documentation. If you book 2 or more delegates on the same course (running on the same days), we will discount this price to £350 ex vat, per delegate, per day.

   City and Guilds Safety Training costs £1100 ex vat, per delegate for the full 4 day course. The cost includes refreshments and buffet lunch, all course documentation, final exam and your City and Guilds course certificate.
