1. What is the shelf life of a FX2N back up battery?

   The battery should last approximately 5 years.

2. Which cable should I use to connect a Mitsubishi E1000 Series HMI to a Mitsubishi Q-series PLC?

   You can use either a CAB17 cable, or an ethernet patch cable if the PLC has an ethernet card.

3. I have tried to select 'Transfer Setup' in GX Developer. Why is the option greyed out?

   Close all the open monitoring windows in GX developer. Now you should be able to select the 'Transfer Setup' option.

4. I have created a project in GX Developer, but how can I change the PLC type?

   It's quite simple. Just select the Project Menu and click on change PLC type.
