Service and Returns

LC Automation are proud of our commitment to customer service, which means we are prepared if things occasionally don't go to plan. 

Whatever your issue, you can be sure that our dedicated Service and Returns Department will be on-hand to sort out your problem. In conjunction with our Technical Support Team, they are your single point of contact for all repairs, returns, warranty issues and other product related problems. You can call them on 01254 685900.

Our Returns Procedure;

  1. Call 01254 685900 and ask our service department for a returns number (note: we cannot accept any item without this number)
  2. Fill in the Returns Form in full and send it to our Goods In Department along with your items
  3. We will assess your goods and return them to our supplier as required
  4. When we receive confirmation from our supplier, we will process the credit on your account (or the refund to your credit card)
  5. There is likely to be a delay in processing your return if this procedure is not followed

Our promise to you;

  1. We will contact you by e-mail to acknowledge receipt of your goods
  2. All returns will be assessed by our engineers as quickly as possible
  3. Goods will be returned to our supplier as required
  4. We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of your returned items by either telephone or e-mail

Terms and Conditions; Goods ordered in error must be returned immediately, in a saleable condition with all original packaging. A handling charge may be payable. Special order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty (your sales advisor will confirm this at the time of order).
